🚚 Where We Ship

PawIndustrie.com ships to most locations within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

⏱️ Processing Time

• In-stock items: Usually processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

• Pre-orders or special orders: May take up to 10 business days to process.
  You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

📦 Shipping Methods

• Standard Parcel: For small accessories or tools. Delivered via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

• Freight Delivery: Large shed orders are shipped via curbside freight service.

  • You will receive a call ahead of time to schedule delivery.

  • Curbside delivery means the driver will unload to your driveway or the closest safe point.

  • Make sure someone 18+ years old is present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

Upon delivery, please:

• Inspect packaging and product for visible damage.

• Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

• If major damage is present, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

❌ Missed Deliveries & Re-Deliveries

If you miss a scheduled delivery, re-delivery fees may apply. Paw Industries LLC is not responsible for freight storage charges due to unavailability at delivery.

💲 Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and location.

• Free shipping promotions may be available on select items.

🔁 Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If your product is returned due to incorrect address or refusal unrelated to damage, a restocking fee and return freight charges may be deducted from your refund.
