At Paw Industries LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below.

🔁 Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

  • Custom, built-to-order, or assembled sheds are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been installed, used, or modified

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized or built-to-order sheds

📝 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at contact@pawindustrie.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos (if applicable)

  2. We will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization with return instructions.

  3. Return shipping must be arranged within 5 business days of approval.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the product is received and inspected.

  • Allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear after approval.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • A restocking fee of 15–25% may apply, depending on product type and condition.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

❗ Return Shipping Responsibility

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was shipped in error or arrived damaged.

  • Large items (e.g., sheds) require freight return, which can be costly. Please verify measurements and features carefully before purchasing.
